1. Limited Warranty

Next PC Technology Sdn Bhd ("the Company") stands behind the quality of our custom-built PCs and IT products. We offer a limited warranty on hardware components to provide you with peace of mind and assurance in the performance of your purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage

2.1. Custom PC Builds:

a. All custom PC builds from Next PC come with a standard warranty period of 1 years.

b. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

2.2. FREE Triple Protection Plan:

a. Our Next PC Triple Protection Plan extends the warranty coverage to 3-5 Years, providing additional protection beyond the standard warranty period.

b. The Triple Protection Plan includes a 100-day one-to-one exchange of components, allowing for quick resolution of any issues.

c. Lifetime technical support is included with the Triple Protection Plan, offering assistance and guidance for the lifetime of your custom PC.

3. Warranty Exclusions

3.1. The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

a. Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.

b. Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

c. Acts of nature, including but not limited to lightning, flood, or earthquake.

d. Software-related issues.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

4.1. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support team at support@nextpc.my with the following information:

a. Order number.

b. Clear description of the issue.

c. Supporting photographs or documentation.

4.2. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the warranty claim process and may provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if necessary.

5. Return Shipping

5.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products for warranty service unless otherwise specified by the Company.

6. Warranty Limitations

6.1. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

6.2. The Company reserves the right to repair or replace components covered under warranty at its discretion.

7. Next PC Triple Protection Plan

7.1. The Next PC Triple Protection Plan is available for FREE at the time of custom PC configuration and is non-refundable.

7.2. The Triple Protection Plan is specific to the individual custom PC and is not transferable to other products.
