Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to www.nextpc.my, operated by Next PC Technology Sdn Bhd ("the Company"). This Return and Refund Policy outlines our policies and procedures regarding returns and refunds for products purchased through our e-commerce platform.

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1. We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

a. The item is in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

b. The return request is initiated within 5 Working days of the purchase date.

2.2. Custom PC builds are eligible for returns if there are defects in materials or workmanship. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for further details.

3. Return Process

3.1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at [support@nextpc.my] with the following information:

a. Order number

b. Reason for return

c. Clear photographs showing any defects or issues

3.2. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3.3. Please package the item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

4.3. Refunds may exclude shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is due to a Company error or a defective product.

5. Exceptions

5.1. The following items are not eligible for return:

a. Custom-configured PC builds

b. Software, downloadable products, and gift cards

5.2. If a custom-configured PC has defects in materials or workmanship, it may be eligible for repair or replacement under our Warranty Policy.
